Moshe Ndiki regrets defending his skin doctor and friend, Dr Nandipha Magudumana who is implicated in aiding and abetting convicted rapist and murderer, Thabo Bester.
In a series of tweets, the TV personality said he has to accept his lapse in judgement and poor decision to defend the doctor who is now facing charges of murder and defeating the ends of justice, amongst others.
Ndiki jumped to Dr Nandipha’s defence when her reputation was being questioned online.
When the doctor’s possessions and vehicles were brought into the fray, Ndiki had the aesthetics practitioner’s back. He told social media users where to get off saying, “No she received those as a gift from her husband, guys let’s not perpetuate things that are not true.
She was wearing blindfolds to her way there and those that know, know it was a gift from her husband.”
Moshe Ndiki initially stood by Dr Nandipha because he said she was his friend and had a sweet demeanour
Ndiki was on Dr Nandipha’s side based purely on the fact they had a friendship, and the former Gomora actor now regrets that stance, since the doctor was apprehended in Tanzania with Bester.

After Dr Nandipha appeared at the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court on Thursday, 13 April, Ndiki expressed his shock and outrage and shared that he will never again give people his full trust.
“She told me she sees God in me for defending her. Yho, not even my mother has ever said she see God in me and there I was.
It’s how she literally even cried and said she has no part in this, I fell for it. Akho kwa scary bro.”

Ndiki isn’t the only South African celebrity to have his friendship with the doctor under scrutiny. Earlier this week Redi Tlhabi had to also distance herself from speculation that she had knowledge of what Dr Nandipha and Thabo Bester were up to.
Thlabi stressed that she hadn’t seen Dr Nandipha since February 2019 and was only associated with her through their husbands who were friends.
