During the sitdown, Seiphemo confirmed that he is rejoining Generations: The Legacy. He left the soap drama in 2020 to join the Queen.
“We are indeed returning to Generations and it’s a cameo for now. Anything is possible. We are going to see Karabo and Tau back.”
Speaking about his ‘working relationship’ with Connie Ferguson, Seiphemo notes that they have a ‘connection.’
“There is something about the connection that Rapulana Seiphemo and Connie Ferguson have that is quite special and it was built over the years when we were working on Generations. The chemistry is now automatic because we know and respect each other,” said the actor.

On longevity in the game
Rapulana Seiphemo is one of Mzansi’s most decorated and revered thespians. His illustrious career spans over three decades.
He attributes his success to a good education.
“The reason why I have staying power is that I went to school. I didn’t ask for favours. I remember my grandmother used to ask me ‘when am I finishing school? Your mother is waiting for you to bring the paycheck home.
“I did a degree and went on to do my Master’s. I did all those things until I was ready to get on stage,” he told 959 Breakfast.
