ATM to challenge Ramaphosa’s application for a review of Sec. 89 report.
The African Transformation Movement (ATM) announced that it would oppose President Cyril Ramaphosa’s request for a review of the Section 89 committee findings that suggested he may have broken the Constitution.

Vuyolwethu Zungula, the party’s head, acknowledged on Tuesday that the party will be opposing the president’s request to review and disregard the findings.
Ramaphosa ordered the replies 10 days to notify him that they would be opposing his request for a review.

The application is a follow-up to the report, which found that Ramaphosa might have broken the law and the constitution seriously based on the material presented to the panel.
