President of ActionSA Herman Mashaba said South Africans are tired of listening to the State of the Nation Address that does not provide concrete solutions.
Speaking ahead of President Ramaphosa’s address on Thursday, Mashaba called on South Africans and political parties who share a common goal to forge together and unseat the ANC.
He cites that the country has been brought to its knees by the ANC government who failed to keep the economy stable and rampant corruption.
Last year’s address painted a pretty picture of a renewable energy programme which would put an end to loadshedding. This has not been actioned.
Another high priority discussion which will be tabled is bound to be the COVID-19 vaccine rollout debacle. Calls are for the President to share guidance on a precise vaccine strategy.
This will be President Cyril Ramaphosa’s fifth SONA address since Jacob Zuma resigned in 2018.
