Nonhlanhla Qwabe popularly known as ‘Skolopad’ is relieved after winning an ongoing culpable homicide case in court.
The 33-year-old nurse & musician was in a horrifying car accident four years ago with her vehicle, but the tragedy claimed the life of a 61-year-old man who was driving his vehicle on the same route.
In 2021 she reflected on the accident saying she had been living with mild amnesia and sustained injuries on her face and legs.
She wrote “It’s been full three years not going out and not socialising with people after my car accident. Not because I was in pain or something but because I was ashamed of my sickness I had n still have a “mild Amnesia” after the car accident I had in 2018/09, [sic]”

Skolpad uploaded images from her court appearance on social media on Tuesday morning and declared that she had been found not guilty.
She wrote ““This has been a daunting journey of full four years… My sleep was taken away from me… My freedom was taken away from me… My dignity was taken away from me… But Finally, the verdict is out and was found not guilty of culpable homicide. I AM INNOCENT!!!”
