The Willowton Group has confirmed that some of the stolen Sunfoil cooking oil has been recovered in the Vaal and Vanderbijlpark.
A substantial amount of 2litre cooking oil was stolen from the group’s warehouse in Kempton Park on 05 October.

The group shared that the armed thieves loaded the stolen cooking oil onto three trucks, which were reportedly also stolen.
On Thursday, 06 October, some of the stolen cooking oil was recovered in Vanderbijlpark, as the batch code on the products were used to trace the location.
An 100 000 reward was offered to anyone with information that will lead police to the arrests of those responsible.
According to the Willowton Group, only one arrest has since been made but more of the stolen cooking oil was tracked down at a foreign-owned store in the Vaal.
