Pitso Mosimane has arrived in Jeddah, a port city in Saudi Arabia, after travelling over 5,500 kilometres to start working as the coach for Al-Ahli Saudi FC.
Pitso had to wait for a travel visa when Al-Ahli last week Sunday revealed the South African mastermind as their new head coach.
It is going to be an uphill battle for him to ‘awaken the sleeping giants’.
Al-Ahli Saudi FC, is reportedly one of Saudi Arabia’s “big four” clubs.

It was demoted from the top division for the first time ever last season and will be Mosimane’s responsibility to put these “sleeping giants” back in the Saudi Pro League, where they belong.
Mosimane arrived to a glorious warm welcome from the club’s representatives.
