Uncle Waffles has officially kicked off her BBC 1 residency, where she is taking amapiano to the world.
She ecently signed on to broadcast a residency on BBC Radio 1 for the month of September 2022.
The DJ tweeted his excitement over landing the new gig.
Uncle Waffles posted a video of herself doing her first link on the show, where many of her fans admitted to hearing her voice for the very first time.

She took to Instagram and announced that she will be talking more about Amapiano, the genre that helped her breakthrough in 2021 through a viral video that is sitting at over 5 million views on Twitter.
