Actress, television presenter and model Ayanda Thabethe says people are mistaking her for Miss SA 2022 runner-up who shares the same name.
The actress claimed that some people mistakenly thought she was the runner-up in the competition.
Ayanda has since clarified on Twitter that she is not the Miss SA 2022 runner-up.
She has since thanked ‘Ubizo’ her followers for the congratulations.

Meet the other Ayanda Thabethe
She was born and raised in Taylors Halt, Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
On the 13th of August, 2022, she competed against nine other finalists at Miss South Africa 2022 at SunBet Arena in Time Square, Pretoria, Gauteng.
She was runner-up to Ndavi Nokeri.
She was 22 years old when she became Miss South Africa 2022 first runner-up.
