Julius Malema is convinced Kelly Khumalo is hiding the truth about Senzo Meyiwa’s murder.
Speaking at the EFF Presser which was held last week, the clip below has caught the attention of many following the controversial murder trial of the former Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates footballer.
In the clip, Malema says that Advocate Teffo is self-destructive and for once, the EFF leader doesn’t believe Cyril was involved in the sinister plot to cover-up Meyiwa’s death.
“I don’t believe there is any Cyril, who concocted anything against that guy. He’s self-destructive and he’s got himself to blame.”

Malema says Adv. Teffo is good at throwing around people’s names loosely without backing any of his accusations up with proof. He says if there’s one person who should be tried about Meyiwa’s murder it’s Kelly Khumalo who was Senzo’s girlfriend at the time.
Khumalo who has a daughter with Meyiwa, was inside the house with her family on the night that her boyfriend was gunned down.
The singer who has never spoken out about the events leading up to Senzo’s death says, he was the victim of a botched home robbery.
Meyiwa was shot and killed at Kelly Khumalo’s family home in Vosloorus on 26 October 2014.
“We hold a view, and a very strong view that Senzo was killed and those people in the house know who killed him. We’re more than convinced. Personally, I’m more than convinced Kelly knows, she knows something. And there must be a way she can be held accountable for hiding the truth.”
