Starting her day on 959 Breakfast with Dineo and Sol is singer/songwriter Mpho Sebina.
Mpho Sebina is a Botswana-born musician who is popular for the hit single Dinaledi with Major League DJs.
Despite enjoying great success with the release of Dinaledi, Mpho Sebina says “it’s been two years since she’s dropped music of her own.”
Dishing on her forthcoming single dropping next week – which she is super excited about – Mpho wanted to create “a little heartbreak Adele Setswana moment for the heartbroken.”
The song is called Tsela Tshweu and it is about “saying goodbye to a lover and also wishing them well on their journey.”
She says she drew inspiration from “people’s stories and my own personal experiences.”
On her dream collaborations, the singer expressed “her wish to collaborate with Sade and Damian Marley.
“I’m all over the place musically and I don’t like to box myself,” she tells 959 Breakfast with Dineo and Sol.
