There’s been an ongoing debate on whether or not women should wear makeup. Some argue that makeup conflicts with women’s god-given beauty.
We saw this in 2017 when women came together for National No Make-Up Day. All women were encouraged to go bare-faced for 24 hours in order to express and liberate their natural beauty.
Today The Best T in the City asks, “are you that woman who wears no make-up? What are your reasons?”
Nomvula says she doesn’t wear makeup unless she really has to. She adds, “unless it’s a shoot or a special occasion. I’m not the biggest fan and my skin feels healthy without it.”
Qwabelihle shares: “Uncle T I don’t use much make-up. However, I figured that using a facial mask now and then helps to enhance your glow, prevent you from having blackheads and pimples and it does rejuvenate.”

#SheNeedsNoMakeUP Ever since I fell pregnant I just stopped caring if I'm wearing make up or not. I even opted for a shortwe hair length cause it's Simple to maintain my make up and lipsticks are of no use to me as long as I've bathed and brushed my teeth that all that matters
