The wait is finally over for beauty and makeup lovers as Fenty Beauty will be coming to Africa.
Founder and businesswomen Rihanna made the announcement on Tuesday, 10 May and the news has been a big hit on the continent.
Previously Fenty Beauty products could only be bought online, with African makeup influencers and fans of the brand paying an arm and leg for shipping the products over.
The much sought-after beauty brand will now be available in Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Namibia, Botswana, Ghana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

Rihanna said the Fenty Beauty team, which includes Paris-based co-owner LVMH, have been working hard to make the launch in Africa possible.
“The wait is finally OVA!!! 🌍AFRICA – we pullin up! 🙌🏾 Who ready?! We’ve been workin hard to make this happen!”
Fenty Beauty is coming to Africa!
Launching on 27 May, the products will be available at Arc and Edgars stores in South Africa.
Fenty Beauty is popular for being an inclusive brand and boasts a makeup range that caters for 50 skin tones.
The products are lauded by African artists who love the fact that darker shades are available.
Rihanna launched Fenty in 2017 and since then, South African men and women have been begging for the products to be made available here.
Fenty Beauty is how the Barbadian singer made her $1.7 billion fortune.
