Social media is no longer simply for keeping in touch with family, spying on your former partner, or keeping up with the latest influencers.
It is a real game-changer when you are in the market for new work opportunities.

Dunster shared how important it is to understand your why before interacting with social media, and that it is always important to start by cleaning up your digital presence before you can apply for any job online.
“It is very important to be intentional about your social media profile, the first question you must answer is what am I using my profile for? Is it for professional gain so I can be able to progress my career and communicate with the right people within the same industry? Or am I just using it to promote my side hustle?
“Another important thing people need to be aware of is that there are settings which are very important, pending on who you would like to see your profile,” says Dunster.
