“Do you have a signature smell or scent? A scent that people associate you with?” Asked Tbose on The Best I in the City this morning.
Experts say the “selection of a scent is a deeply personal one.”
It is based not only on our individual preferences but also on our perception of scent, taste, and the four seasons just to name a few. So a person doesn’t necessarily have to have one signature smell/scent they can have multiple however there is always a trend.
“In a world where there was no perfume, I’d want to smell like vanilla and Cinnabon all day long,” a listener shares.
Randy tells Tbose: “Ombré Nomade will make one fall in love with a person before they can even say a word to you…e bose kudu kudu!”
Koketso says “there have been some local colognes that have caught her attention. She adds: “one that stands out for me is House of Aqualis. It’s a niche cologne inspired by SA names “Namaqualand, Kruger, Blom, and Kalahari. Talk about a powerhouse.”
