Part 3 of the State Capture Report has been made public by The Presidency, with 3 senior ANC members implicated.
Former president Jacob Zuma, Gwede Mantashe, and Nomvula Mokonyane have been linked to Bosasa, now known as African Global Operations.
According to the report, details of the kick-backs received included payments of R50 000, groceries and funding for ANC events.
The late Bosasa CEO Gavin Watson was among the heavyweights named in Part 3 of the State Capture Report.
Acting Chief Justice and Commission Chairperson, Judge Raymond Zondo presented the first volume of the report to President Cyril Ramaphosa at the Union Buildings, Pretoria on 4 January 2022.
The second volume was handed to the Presidency on 1 February 2022.
Further evidence in Part 3 establishes that confidential NPA documents were leaked to Bosasa on a significant and regular scale.
In addition, procurement processes failed to comply with Section 217 of the Constitution.
This states that when an organ of state contracts for goods or services, it must do so with a tendering system that is fair, equitable, transparent, competitive and cost-effective.
Evidence of benefits included payment of R300 000 for the cash benefit of the Jacob Zuma Foundation.
Dude Myeni had also received a Louis Vuitton handbag with R300 000 cash in it by Angelo Agrizzi and Gavin Watson.
In statements, Mr Agrizzi shared that Jacob Zuma confirmed receipt of the monthly payments.
Recommendations were given to President Cyril Ramaphosa.
