Miss South Africa Lalela Mswane is following through on her promise to address unemployment in South Africa with a newly launched programme.
She says her ‘Be Ready” programme aims to “address youth unemployment in our country,” as we as “to inspire and motivate those seeking job opportunities.”
She recently took to Instagram to announce the exciting news of her entrepreneurial programme.

In her post, she gave details on how her step by step programme will work.
“#BeReady is a step-by-step entrepreneurial programme that will enable you to start your own business.”
“The programme will shed light on important topics such as knowing what is needed to start a business, how to draw up a business plan, how to register your own company, what is your intellectual property, how to do market research and market your product/service, how to amplify your distribution/offering with different supply chains, etc.”
Mswane has been having a very interesting reign, last year she made it to the top 3 of the Miss Universe pageant.
She continues to compete on the world stage in July.
The Miss South Africa organisation recently released a statement announcing that she has been chosen to represent the country in the 13th edition of the Miss Supranational beauty competition, which is set to be held in Poland.
