South African viewers became very nostalgic after they saw a familiar face on this past week’s instalment of Date My Family.
Kagiso Rakosa, who became a much-loved character on Mzansi soapie Generations made a guest appearance on Date My Family.
Twitter users were pleasantly surprised to see her on their screens after a very long break.
Rakosa, has been keeping a low profile for a while and hasn’t posted anything on her Instagram page in over 4 years.

She left Generation in 2011.
Her role as Sharon on the soap opera was between 2005-2011.
Following her departure, she was cast in Traffic, an eKasi drama series where she played the character of Andiswa Mlaba, the sister of Detective Lungi Mlaba (played by Bonnie Mbuli) in 2014.
Her last most popular character include Ga Re Dumele, as well as a role she played on Gog’ Helen.
Twitter users have expressed how much they missed her and how they would love to see her on their TV screens again.
