When it comes to Sunday lunches, South Africans don’t play.
The family culinary experts showing off their skills, the laughter, the introduction of new recipes and the fun around the table is something many look forward to.
An exciting new show is on the way, where Lillian Dube and Moshe Ndiki join Honey TV’s star-studded talent roster on Africa’s biggest cooking show — 7 Colours.

The show sees the two crisscrossing the country to bring interesting South African ‘colourful Sunday cooking’, mixed with humour and delicious food.
Moshe took to his Instagram to announce the exciting new show, saying that it has been a miraculous experience.
Ndiki is also a lover of good food. Last year he launched Moshe Ndiki Spices, as well as a mobile food truck for his restaurant, “Moshe’s Kitchen”.

Lillian has been on many much loved South African shows such as Skwizas and Soul City. Over the years she’s also been a health and wellness activist.
She underwent surgery for breast cancer in 2008, has used her experience to spread awareness about the disease ever since.
