Itumeleng Khune is proud to be a dad. The Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper often shares photos of his family on social media and speaks about how much they mean to him.
Khune paid tribute to his children in a recent Instagram post. He shared an image of them playing. The footballer speaks about how his children have a way of brightening up his days.
“Sedi and Amzah having fun. Regardless of how bad my day is, everything suddenly becomes better when I get warm hugs from my loving kids,” he wrote.
He further expressed his love for them.
“I love you immensely. We as parents are always happy about your progress,” he wrote on Instagram.
Khune and his wife, Sphelele Makhunga, got married four years ago.
They have two children together, Amogelang and Lesedi. Khune announced the birth of their second child in June this year.
Lesedi recently turned five months old. His dad couldn’t be prouder.
Earlier this year Khune spoke about how his family is everything to him.
“Family is not an important thing. It’s everything. Family gives you the roots to stand tall and strong,” he wrote.
