– Drink lots of water as the heat dehydrates your skin.
– Exfoliate regularly to avoid build up of dead skin.
– Wash your face with cool water.
– Keep your skin moisturised.
– Use a high SPF sunscreen for full coverage.
– Avoid products with sulfates. They dehydrate the skin and cause ageing.
