South African actor and model Nandi Mbatha has spoken about how being in a toxic relationship is affecting her mental health.
The ‘Isithembiso’ star took to Instagram to talk about how her partner has been contributing to her mental health issues.
“Like guys can you imagine someone drives you off the rails and makes your mental health worse, yet you’re the bad person,” she said in an Instagram video.

The star says the man even smashed her car.
“When you crashed my car multiple times, took it without my permission,” she said.
The star says it costed her thousands of Rands to fix the car.
” I went and I paid R9,000 to fix my car from the damages that you have done,” she said.
“I still let you drive the car but I’m the bad person. And that’s not even about the car,”.
The star spoke about how her partner has failed to support her at her lowest.
“When you were down and out I was there for you. When I’m down and out, you’re nowhere to be found. And you make do something’s I don’t even wanna do,” she said.
