Prominent South African News Reader, Cathy Mohlahlana, is the latest celebrity to beat the COVID-19 virus.
The television personality took to Twitter to share that she has recovered from the deadly virus.
“Guys, ke fodile [ I am healed],” she wrote on Twitter.
She thanked South Africans for the support.
“Thank you all for the prayers, well wishes and love. I’m truly blessed,” she wrote on Twitter, even announcing that she was back at work.

On July 30, the news anchor announced that she tested positive for COVID-19.
She said she was suffering mild symptoms such as congestion and a headache.
“Like so many others in the country, I’ve tested positive for Covid19. Thankfully only mild symptoms (congestion and headache). I’m doing really well (as pictured below Grinning faceSee-no-evil monkey). Please take care of yourselves. I will be doing a lot of BooksTelevisionMusical noteYellow heart for the next 14 days,” she wrote on Twitter.
