There are those bad habits that you know are bad, but they have just become normal in the relationship. Our habits shape who we are, who our friends are, and how we were brought up.
When we are old enough to enter permanent partnerships, bad habits in a relationship are hard to break and are nearly always irreversible. Sometimes these bad habits have negative effects, like weight gain, changed sleep patterns, and sometime as severe as depression.
Andy asked: “You know when you are a couple, you do become the same person in how you speak, the things you do and you do so in your bad habits. There are certain bad habits you and your partner have developed within the relationship, and it may have started as something that one person did within the relationship. Now both of you are doing it, like sleeping late, eating at midnight, drinking sodas, eating sweets, and you eat them in bed as well. What are those bad habits for you and most importantly who influenced them.”
Kaya 959 shared the bad habits they have developed in their relationships as well as the person who influenced the bad habit in the relationship on Feel Good with Andy Maqondwana.
