L’Oréal Paris announces South African actress Thuso Mbedu as their brand ambassador and spokesperson in the Sub-Saharan Africa region.
Mbedu, who’s enjoyed great success in Hollywood is “passionate about empowering women and girls by providing them with educational resources alongside the non-profit organization Save The Children.”

Viola Davis, who is also a spokesperson for L’Oréal welcomed Mbedu to the family. “THUSOOOO!!!!!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Welcome to the family!!!!! Congratulations,” she wrote.
Unseen actress Gail Mabalane says that this is not just a win for Mbedu but, “for many girls of colour around the world.” She added: “YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!”
Bonnie Mbuli commented: “CONGRATULATIONS mami. So amazing, God is good.”
The news comes just over a month since Mbedu was unveiled as the new face of a Christian Dior fragrance – Gris Dior fragrance.
