Losing weight is a journey filled with raw emotions, and days where quitting feels like the best solution. It takes consistent motivation and the will to put oneself first to gradually hit fitness or weight loss goals.
Until she started a healthy eating and workout plan and was determined to lose weight. While things started off on the right foot, she’s now losing motivation and feels that losing weight is too much work.
Encouraging uSisi, another listener shared some wisdom with annonymous and advised her to stay the course.
“I just want to encourage her to keep going, because I’m also on a weight loss plan and yes, there are some days that are hard and I feel like I just want to indulge and eat junk.
But once I start working out and I can see the fat melting off me, I push myself to keep going. Being on the chubby side can put you at risk for a number of health complications, so keep up with the diet.”
Diets offer a quick weight loss solution but might not always be sustainable. The key for people wanting to lose weight is to sustain their lifestyle choice and make integrate healthier habits into everyday life.
While annonymous isn’t really working out and has only started off with just walking, the healthy eating isn’t making her feel happy.
As a chubby girl, annonymous feels restricted by her eating plan and the advice that most listeners had to share with her, is that weight loss boils down to what you put into your body.
