“Round 3 in the bag” – Blaq Diamond wins third court case against Ambitiouz Entertainment.
Blaq Diamond is celebrating yet another court case against their former record label, Ambitiouz Entertainment.
Blaq Diamond made up of Siphelele Dunywa and Ndumiso Mdletshe petitioned the Joburg High Court to prevent Ambitiouz Entertainment, their previous record company and management, from taking down their music streaming services.
After the record company took down their popular song Qoma, starring Big Zulu, from YouTube with claims of copyright infringement the duo filed an urgent court application at the court in October of last year.

According to Sunday World, The interdict was also intended to stop any further copyright disputes or ownership disputes for their songs IIanga and Fireworks with any other digital streaming service, including Spotify, iTunes, and Deezer.
Blaq Diamond’s attorney, Jade Louella, shared the good news on social media.
“Congratulations to my Client AGAIN! Blaq Diamond for winning against Ambitiouz Entertainment for the third time! Ambitiouz leave to appeal is dismissed with costs! Round 3 in the bag 🤝🏼” wrote Louella
