Apple unveils VR/AR headset worth R 68K along with other futuristic products.
The much-awaited Vision Pro mixed reality headset, the first significant new product category for the tech giant since the Apple Watch in 2015, was presented by Apple on Monday.
The new gadget, which resembles a future pair of ski goggles and is stuffed with cameras and sensors, can immerse a wearer in virtual reality while simultaneously incorporating augmented reality features into the actual environment.
It has 12 cameras, five sensors, and six mics and also features Apple’s first 3D camera.
The Vision Pro is controlled using your hands, eyes, and voice.

The price is $3,499 (roughly R68 000), and it will be accessible “early next year.”
