Taking to Instagram, the Kaya 959 Midday Joy host posted a few video clips motivating women to get their workout in regardless of the weather.
If Unathi is one thing it’s consistent and she hits the gym all year round to maintain her killer body. She has spoken out previously about her weight loss journey and what that means to her and has been an inspiration to thousands of women across the country.

In one of her workout motivational pep talks, Unathi talks about how come Spring everyone’s going to want to know what her secret to looking all levels of flames is. When there’s no secret because she has shared with you that she’s really out, come snow or hail working up a sweat and getting her workout in.

In another video that is relatable, Unathi brings up relationships and the comfort factor women allow to set in once you’re boo’d up. So much so that you let your (gym) discipline out the window because you’re warm in bae’s love and attention.
It’s not a bad thing but you tend to get so comfortable you stop prioritising your body goals.
Unathi’s message is that you should maintain your focus, keep your discipline and remember that your health and fitness goals are yours and yours alone.
