Thuso Mbedu was on Ellen’s show. South Africans are happy about actress Thuso Mbedu’s success in Hollywood. She just appeared on The Ellen Show to discuss her role on The Underground Railroad, a TV series that has received nothing but praise.
Thuso plays Cora, a slave who leaves a farm in Georgia, south of the United States in the TV series that explores the narrative of how African Americans escaped slavery in the 1800s.. In addition to unending accolades, she could be nominated for an Emmy to portray the slave, Cora.
Ellen started the interview by telling Thuso how her and Oprah were saying how amazing she is. “You are incredible” Ellen said.
Thuso was beaming as she told Ellen about her big role and how she had to prepare for it physically.

Thuso began working on The Underground Railroad in August 2019 and stated that she still had a lot to learn about her role and the social situations of the time. She will also star alongside Viola Davis in a new drama called The Woman King.
