According to several reports, Malamulele Police Station in Limpopo was robbed over the weekend.
Around 11 pm on Sunday, a group of armed suspects stormed the police station and held members at gunpoint in the community service center.
Police spokesperson Colonel Athlenda Mathe said that some members were taken into the back of a police van. At the same time, one was ordered to unlock the safe, where the armed suspects stole ammunition.

“So I was driving in Limpopo, and all of a sudden there’s a car that stopped in front of me, two ladies step out, and they steal a sheep. If I didn’t see it with my own eyes, I wouldn’t believe it,” shared a caller.
“I worked at a mortuary, and two thugs arrived at night and took the corpse that was locked in the freezer,” said a listener in disbelief.
Thandeka, who was at a Pick ‘n Pay during a robbery, was surprised when she saw the manager directing the robbers to all the cash boxes.
“This was in Pick n’ Pay during a robbery. They guys told us to lie down and took our phones. The manager was showing them all the cash boxes,” she said.
