Former South African footballer and coach Steven Pienaar was recently spotted enjoying quality time with his family in Dubai.
The retired Bafana Bafana star took to social media to share a photo of himself and his loved ones soaking up the opulence of the world-renowned city.
He captioned the post: “Family time in Dubai! Making memories with a view. Blessed to share moments like these with my family at the Burj Al Arab. Life is better with family and a beautiful backdrop.”
The photo, taken against the stunning backdrop of the iconic Burj Al Arab, captures the family enjoying quality time together while indulging in the comfort and grandeur of one of the world’s most exclusive destinations.
The Burj Al Arab is a symbol of modern Dubai’s luxury. Completed in 1999 and designed by architect Tom Wright of WS Atkins, the hotel stands on an artificial island approximately 280 metres (920 feet) offshore from Jumeirah Beach, connected to the mainland by a private, curved bridge.
Pienaar currently coaches the U14 team of Sharjah FC in the United Arab Emirates.
