Manchester United winger Marcus Rashford has joined Aston Villa on loan until the end of the 2024/25 season.
Rashford has made 426 appearances for Manchester United since his senior debut in 2016, scoring 138 goals and winning five major trophies.
This season, he has featured in 24 matches and found the net seven times.
Following the announcement of his departure, Rashford expressed his gratitude to both clubs for making the move possible.
“I would like to thank Manchester United and Aston Villa for facilitating this loan deal.
“I was fortunate to have several clubs approach me, but choosing Aston Villa was easy—I truly admire the way they have been playing this season and the manager’s ambitions. I just want to play football, and I’m excited to get started.
“I wish everyone at Manchester United all the best for the rest of the season,” said Rashford.
