
Caster Semenya’s has announced her memoir “The Race To Be Myself”.
Caster Semenya, a double Olympic gold medalist from South Africa, will soon publish a candid memoir with a title that alludes to her own tribulations as an athlete.
Semenya revealed on Thursday that The Race to be Myself would be launched on October 31, 2023.
Semenya is a national hero that is a two-time women’s 800m Olympic champion, a three-time 800m world champion and a double Commonwealth Games middle distance gold medalist.
As a trailblazing fighter who succeeded on her own terms Semenya’s memoir gives her a platform to tell her story after years of persecution in athletics.

She took to social media to make the big announcement.
“I am happy to announce that my memoire, THE RACE TO BE MYSELF will be published on the 31st of October. It will be a simultaneous release in the US, UK & SA.”
