Siya Kolisi is teaming up with local lifestyle brand, Freedom of Movement (FOM), for an exciting new campaign.
The Springbok captain has launched a shoe line that will help fund sports infrastructure in his hometown of Zwide, Eastern Cape.
The limited-edition veldskoen range is named FOM x Kolisi Zwide. The shoes include the long-awaited black Vellie.
“This is a very personal one for me. Growing up in Zwide is where all my dreams started. Now, being able to make a difference is key as I want to ensure the story of the next generation is different from mine,” Siya says.
The 29-year-old says sports infrastructure can help inspire communities.
“I believe that equipping the kids with better infrastructure to live their dreams will bring hope and offer that little bit of encouragement they may need to strive for their dreams”.

Siya helps build a rugby field
Siya’s latest collaboration follows the success of his first veldskoen line with the company.
Sales from the shoes helped raise funds to build a rugby field in Paarl, Western Cape.
