There are things that we just don’t want to talk about when we go out.
It could be talking about what is in the news. The kids – if I’m not out with them, why discuss them always?
Going out is all about escaping life’s problems so why bring them up in the middle of an event/party?
“What are those things you don’t want to talk about when you are out or in social settings? How do you stop such conversations before they get too far?”Is the question posed by Thomas and Skhumba in the Morning show.
A listener shares: “There’s nothing so annoying as someone asking you how much are you earning where you are working.”
Monroe shares: “I have this tendency of laughing just to keep you out of context. That’s my way of shutting you down rather than being defensive.
Mmamohau says talking about her problems is therapeutic for her. “Mina I have a whole lot of issues, when I start talking I never stop. It helps me heal to talk about my boiling issues, she shares.
