The Khune family just got bigger. Itumeleng Khune and his wife Sphelele have welcomed their second child.
The Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper shared a picture of his baby girl resting on his chest while his eldest daughter drank her bottle next to him.
“Best feeling Ever, GOD always has a better plan than we do. Proud DAD for the 2nd time,” Itumeleng captioned the post.
His fans flooded the comments section with messages of congratulations.
“Congrats to Mr and Mrs Khune, welcome Princess 2 to the world,” one follower wrote.
Itu remaining at Kaizer Chiefs?
Meanwhile, Itumeleng Khune has seemingly poured cold water on speculation that he will be leaving Kaizer Chiefs next season to play overseas.
Rumours have been swirling for months that the goalkeeper plans to sign with a team abroad, possibly one in Qatar.
But a post Itumeleng shared on Sunday now has his fans convinced he will be staying put.
He took to Twitter to congratulate Steve Komphela on his first PSL title with Mamelodi Sundowns.
“Congratulations Mokwetlisi @komphelasteve. We coming back strong next season,” Itumeleng tweeted.
Thank you MADÉ! We are waiting by the near post, farpost well covered as well. A stronger @KaizerChiefs, very competitive @orlandopirates makes the Premiership stronger, the game develops further. It would be great to have a fierce competition with supporters in. You owe us!🔥🔥 https://t.co/X1dl6wntOC
