One of the freshest voices to come out of campus radio station, UJFM 95.4, Ntlhe Mahlatsi is making waves in the SA motor journalism industry. With over seven years broadcasting experience in his arsenal, covering a multitude of platforms, the talented personality is fast becoming a go-to for all things cars.
Young, gifted and black
Motoring journalism has always been a great passion for “Ntlheezee”, as he is popularly known online. Finally putting this passion into action has led to covering some of the biggest car brands in the country.
With a motoring feature that started on the afternoon drive show on the campus radio station that honed his broadcasting skills, his work has since been formally recognized after being scooped by Wheels 24 and Drum Digital. Launching a personal blog to support his fast lane escapades, saw the youngster being eyed by key publication GQ Magazine online.

His passion for broadcasting saw him volunteering at the campus radio station while studying towards a BCom Finance degree. Having been exposed to the world of various car manufacturers, Ntlhe decided to pursue a BCom Brand Management degree, which he’ll be completing this year.
In addition to all this, Ntlhe runs his own car workshop in the Vaal called “Whipt.” Ntlhe hopes to combine his love for cars and broadcasting and hosting his own car show someday.
Be sure to follow him on social media with the handle @Ntlheezee across Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
