The nation was rocked by the tragic passing of Amapiano pioneer and businessman DJ Sumbody.
Sumbody, along with his bodyguard were gunned down in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Details regarding his passing are still sketchy and police are looking into the matter.
Celebrities and fans have taken to social media to honour DJ Sumbody, real name Oupa Sefoka.
He touched and made a huge difference in the lives of those he came in contact with.
Thuli Phongolo revealed that DJ Sumbody was one of the first people to open doors for her.
“Always gave me advice and guidance. Thank you for every single thing you’ve done for me and for all the great times we shared together as colleagues and friends. Still shock that I will never see you again, sho buddy.”
Thuli P cancelled all her gigs on Sunday as a sign of respect to DJ Sumbody.
