Over 50 Telkom unused commercial properties are going to be placed on auction.
On behalf of Telkom, Liquidity Services will conduct a nationwide auction of 50 assets, including two commercial buildings in Gauteng and the Western Cape.
The auction follows the success of a similar sale of 45 Telkom properties that took place in December 2021 and brought in over 2000 bids and over R60 million, with some selling for up to three times their reserve price.
