“Make children, I will pay. Don’t be lazy” – Malema tells supporters at EFF Manifesto Launch.
EFF Leader Julius Malema recently spoke to a large crowd of youth who attended the EFF’s provincial manifesto launch on Thursday at the Buffalo City stadium in East London.
According to the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), they are prepared to seize control of the Eastern Cape and provide millions of young people without jobs with access to the workforce.
Malema went on to urge South Africans to procreate as much as they can once more. Speaking in the Eastern Cape he said, the EFF administration will double the child-support allowance for parents who are unable to provide for their children.
A week ago, Minister of Finance Enoch Godongwana announced in Parliament that the social relief of distress grant typically known as the R350 grant will increase by R20 or 5.7% from 1 April.
Speaking in isiXhosa, Malema said: “Comrades, make babies and do not stress, I will pay, because the EFF government will double the child-support grant from R520 to R1 020 because our children deserve better,”
