Independent Phala Phala panel report deadline extended from 17 Nov to 30 Nov.
A deadline extension till the end of the month was given to the panel established to look into the Phala Phala incident.
The independent panel report that includes President Cyril Ramaphosa’s statements regarding the 2020 theft at his Limpopo game farm, in which a significant amount of US dollars in cash were stolen, was due on the 17th of November.
The extension request was made by Ngcobo to Mapisa-Nqakula until November 30, according to the spokesperson for the legislature on Wednesday, Moloto Mothapo.
National Assembly Speaker has extended deadline on which the Panel of Experts will submit its report from 17 Nov to 30 Nov. This follows letter by Panel Chair, Retired CJ Sandile Ngcobo, requesting extension due to the amount of work still to be done. Full statement to follow
