Consumer Price Index drops down to 5.5%.
The annual consumer price inflation (CPI) has decreased, falling from 5.9% in October to 5.5% in November, for the first time in three months.
Based on a representative basket of goods and services, the Consumer Price Index calculates the overall change in consumer prices over time.
The most popular way to measure inflation is through the CPI, which is closely followed by financial markets, businesses, consumers, and policymakers.
The CPI gauges changes in prices for a variety of consumer goods monthly.

Stats SA released the most recent CPI reading on Wednesday.
Following a three-month upswing, headline consumer #inflation cooled to 5,5% in November from 5,9% in October.
