The family of Centurion businessman, Ranga Gova is pleading for his safe return a week after he was kidnapped while on his way home.
Gova was just minutes away from his home and had stopped at the traffic lights at the Midstream Mediclinic. It was then that the 35-year old was approached by two vehicles, one which stopped behind him and one to the side.
The businessman was driving his wife’s grey Mercedes-Benz CLA200D, and was taken from the car by one of the men who drove off with him in one of their vehicles.
While CCTV footage shows how Ranga Gova was taken, his family say an Uber driver and security guard witnessed the entire ordeal.

The men who took Gova made off in their two vehicles as well as the Mercedes and that was the last time Gova was seen alive.
This was a week ago, as he was kidnapped on Thursday, 03 November, at 19h56.
His wife told IOL that the Mercedes-Benz was recovered a short distance from their estate.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the investigating officer, Captain Seckle, on 083 450 7978 or the family on 073 058 6349.
