This past week Tik Toker Tessica Brown went viral after she told her followers that she’d used Gorilla Glue as a substitute for holding spray on her hair. The video went viral and has been seen over 3,6 million times on Tik Tok.
A month with her hair not moving
Brown, also known on the app as @im_d_ollady, posted on her Tik Tok advising her followers not to try this at home. After multiple attempts of trying to wash her hair, she said, “For those of y’all that know me, y’all know my hair has been like this for a month now. It’s not my choice… My hair… it don’t move. I’ve washed my hair fifteen times and it don’t move.”

Her fans rushed to let her know that this may be more serious than she thought, with one saying, “Sis, all jokes aside. Please go to the ER. You said it’s been a month, and I think you sealed your hair follicles cause there is no new growth. Call a dermatologist or go to a doctor, PLEASE.” Someone even advised that she addshair remover overnight “…you might as well slap the Veet product up there. Slap you a wave cap on & baby go to bed. When you wake up I guarantee your hair will be undone…”
Medical attention for the edges
She recently posted an updated video of herself in a hospital getting medical attention much to the relief of her many growing followers with one saying, “…Your posts make me feel like I’m going through the experience with you I hope it turns out alright I’m praying for you…”
