If you love shrimps, then this recipe from chef Nelson Makgakoa is for you.
It is delicious and quick to make.
Ingredients:

1 packet frozen shrimp
1 Teaspoon garlic and ginger paste
4 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 Onion
Garlic clove minced
4 Tablespoon sweet chili sauce
4 Tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 Cup mixed vegetables
3 Tablespoon sesame oil
4 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 Stock celery roughly chopped
Pita bread
Salt and pepper
Method:
First sauté the garlic in oil, add onions, and celery then fry.
Remove the garlic, onion and celery.
In the same oil, fry mixed vegetables/ stir fry.
Remove from the pot and put aside.
In the same pot, add sesame oil then fry garlic and ginger paste.
Add shrimp and cook for two minutes.
Add the cooked (mixed veg, onion, garlic, celery) .
Add four tablespoons of soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, and teriyaki sauce.
Cut the pita bread in half, add the filling.
Enjoy!
For the best result, you can add raw spinach summer salad.
