Prince Kaybee has signed record deal with Ingrooves Africa music group.
South African DJ, record producer and recording artist Prince Kaybee has signed a deal with a global independent music marketing and distribution.
The DJ just signed a new agreement after parting ways with Universal Music Group.
His contract with UMG lasted for eight years, and he wasn’t thrilled with how the label handled his music career; as a result, he was eager to go.
He joins Ingrooves Music Group, a pioneer in the promotion and distribution of indie music worldwide.
In January 2021 the company acquired one of South Africa’s leading independent music distribution firms Electromode.
Some of South Africa’s most well-known and successful independent musicians are represented by Electromode.
Electromode boasts over 200 artists and affiliated labels and a total song library of more than 30,000.
Kaybee shared the news through social media.
“Yo Dintshang, We would like to welcome @princekaybee_sa to the Ingrooves family. Looking forward to this new journey with you. Welcome to the family!!”
