DA launches action against EFF leader for singing ‘Kill The Boer” at 10th birthday celebration.
The Democratic Alliance has criticizes EFF Leader Julius Malema for singing “Kill the Boer” “at the EFF’s birthday celebration.
Julius Malema performed the song at the FNB stadium following his keynote address.
The DA has claimed that the song was an incitement of violence.

The DA has said it will be taking the following action:
– Filing charges against Malema and the ANC government at the United Nations
– Filing an ethics complaint with Parliament
– Obtaining legal advice on approaching the public protector and the courts
Point of View with Phemelo Motene spoke to Legal Expert, Mpumelelo Zikalala about the DA’s plans to take the EFF to the United Nations Human Rights Council over Juluis Malema’s chanting of the controversial ‘Kill the Boer’ at the party’s 10th anniversary celebrations.

The Leader of the Democratic Alliance John Steenhuisen spoke at a press briefing and said they will not rest until Malema is held accountable.
“We will now do the same to force it to act against Malema. In addition to turning to the international community, we will also file a complaint with Parliament’s ethics committee against Malema, in his capacity as a Member of Parliament.” said Steenhuisen,
