Let’s face it, we have all gone through some turbulent romantic relationships, and some of them have completely changed the way we see relationships. Even if they were painful, there are parts of the experience that helped you grow.
These messy relationships help you grasp what really mattered to you in a partnership by teaching you to think carefully about your boundaries, values, and emotional needs.
You became more self-aware as a result of these experiences, which also taught you to prioritize respect for yourself and others and you started to see how these previous connections helped you to become a stronger, more sympathetic, more emotionally developed individual.
Andy said: “You know they say, no experience is ever for nothing. No experience was a waste, even though you sometimes feel like: ‘was really necessary for me to go through all of that’. Especially when it comes to umjolo of the romantic kind.
