In a world where education often loses its appeal, Lebo is redefining learning. This week on Make Africa Bloom – In My Era, presented by Glade, we celebrate her inspiring journey.
A Journey of Resilience
Lebo initially pursued Engineering but shifted to teaching due to financial constraints. This detour led her to her true calling—empowering students through education.
Innovative Education
More than a teacher, Lebo is a mentor and life coach. Her services include:
- Teen Life Coaching: Building confidence and life skills.
- Career Guidance: Assisting with subject and career choices.
- Stationery Packs & Labelling: Ensuring students are well-equipped.
A Lasting Impact
Lebo’s influence extends beyond the classroom. One parent shared how her sister, once unmotivated, thrived under Lebo’s guidance. As Glade celebrates changemakers, Lebo stands out as a passionate educator shaping Africa’s future, one student at a time.
Speaking to Feel Good with Andy Maqondwana and guest host, Hulisani Ravele, Lebo shared her life story. She shared one of the biggest lessons she learned from her journey.
“Even if you’re not a genius, just being a hard worker is more than enough to get you to that 70%. It applies to that real-life context as well that if you put in the work, you might not see the results and that’s what happens sometimes. Eventually it will show,” said Lebo.
